Of the South ships within the 50 U.S. states.
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Shipments should arrive within 7 to 10 days of the date the order is received.
Orders received Monday through Thursday and on federal holidays are processed the following day. Orders received on Friday and on weekends are processed and shipped the following Monday.
Sales tax
We are required by law to collect a 7% sales tax on all customer orders from South Carolina.
Holiday shipping schedule
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, place it no later than NOON on Wednesday, December 17, 2008.
Tracking your shipment
A shipping notification e-mail will be sent to you and will include a tracking number. You can track your package at www.usps.com.
If your shipping notification does not arrive via e-mail, contact us at customerservice@ofthesouth.net.

Returns
Due to the personal nature of bath products, all Soaps of the South sales are final.
If you wish to return a product from our Scents of the South line, please follow these instructions:
1. Log into "My Account" and find the section entitled "My Orders."
2. Click on "View The Orders I Have Made." You'll see all pending and delivered orders.
3. Find and select the order that contains the item you wish to return.
4. Please note that the order must be in a "Delivered" status to complete this process.
5. Find the item you wish to send back, and click on the return prompt (Need to Return this Product?)
6. Complete and confirm the information on the return form and click "Submit."
7. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail containing an authorization number (RMA#) and instructions.
Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
